PITTSBURGH (WKBN) -- A Shenango Valley man pleaded guilty Friday in federal court on charges that he and his co-conspirators defrauded more than $2 million from 2011 to 2019 from Primary Health Network in Sharon through a series of different schemes.
Drew Pierce pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering and wire fraud. He will be sentenced in March.
Pierce was named in a 17-count indictment in May 2023, along with Mark Marriott, 56, of Sharpsville; John Laeng, 70, of West Middlesex; John O'Brien, 60, of Masury; and Christopher O'Brien, 58, of Masury.
Marriott, Laeng, and Christopher O'Brien previously entered into plea deals. All will be sentenced in March. The last entry in online court records for John O'Brien is a request to travel to Fort Collins, Colorado, that was en
