Iguess you can say I have some photography in my blood. My great-grandfather opened a photography studio a century ago in downtown Owensboro. His daughter, my grandmother, continued to run the business after he passed away. On the other side of my family, my dad had every type of camera imaginable back in the day, up to and including those gigantic old movie cameras that weighed a ton.

As you can see, I inherited the "bug." The shutterbug. I always have my eye out for the perfect subject, which can be anything. But in Kentucky, I can't just open the camera app and start clicking willy-nilly. There are places where you can't take a picture.
