OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A man on Oklahoma's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List has finally been apprehended after staging his disappearance 13 years ago.

"Let's just say that he's been very good at evading justice," said U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Oklahoma Johnny Kuhlman.

Anthony Lennon was convicted in 2008 for possession of child pornography, but only got probation at the time.

It was later learned by the Moore Police Department that Lennon had violated that probation by having access to a computer.

"In March 2012, our worst fears were confirmed. And in fact, we did discover additional child pornography and exploitive images on Mr. Lennon's electronic devices," said the Moore Police Chief, Todd Gibson. "He was charged with eight counts of felony possession of child pornograph
