A Southern California man was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing another person’s dog.
The suspect was identified as Scott Binder, 36, of Hesperia, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies had been investigating an animal cruelty case where a male suspect was captured on video provoking and then fatally shooting a dog in a yard.
Following an investigation, deputies identified Binder as a possible suspect.
