The Michigan Department of Transportation is planning a lane closure for I-94 in Van Buren County starting this weekend.

MDOT says it will be repaving westbound I-94 under County Road 681 between Hartford and Lawrence.

The lane closure will begin on Sunday and continue through Saturday, November 8.

Drivers are advised that there may be slowdowns or backups occasionally during the project.
