New York City mayoral candidate and frontrunner Zohran Mamdani spent Halloween in Park Slope Friday night, handing out candy to children dressed as dinosaurs and superheroes. Between handfuls of chocolate and laughter, Mamdani said the evening was a reminder of the community spirit he hopes to bring to City Hall.
