ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A Charlottesville woman was arrested this afternoon after she drove into a police car at the scene of a motor vehicle crash.

Erin Hoopes, 43, was charged with a DWI, felony hit-and-run, driving without a license and obstruction.
