Bill Belichick had a message for the UNC football team inside the locker room after the Tar Heels’ 27-10 win at Syracuse.

In a 32-second video posted on social media by the program’s primary X (formerly known as Twitter) account , Belichick is shown encouraging his players after they snapped a four-game losing streak to win their first ACC game of the season.

“Keep grinding, keep working. Look, let’s get used to it. We’re gonna win a lot more games around here, OK,” Belichick says in the video.
