NORMANGEE, Texas (KBTX) -The Centerville Tigers (3-1, 4-5) clinched a playoff spot Friday night with a 45-6 win over Normangee (0-4, 2-7) at Panther Stadium.
Centerville got a fumble recovery on the first play from scrimmage and capitalized on the miscue for a touchdown.
The Tigers would build a 21-0 lead midway through the second quarter and never look back.
Centerville will host Corrigan-Camden next week to determine the number 2 seed from District 12-2A Division 1. Kickoff is set for 7 at Tiger Stadium, while Normangee will look to close out the 2025 season on a winning note as they travel to Hearne looking to snap a 5 game losing streak.
