TOLEDO, Ohio — A woman is facing a murder charge after a man was killed and another person was injured in an east Toledo shooting early Saturday morning.

According to Toledo police, officers were called to the 2000 block of Starr Avenue around 2:42 a.m. Saturday. When they arrived, they found 35-year-old Devonta Miller suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

Miller was taken to St. Charles Hospital, where he later died.

A second victim was also found at the scene with a gunshot wound and was transported to Toledo Hospital. Police say that person is expected to survive.

Investigators say the two victims were fighting before being shot. Officers arrested 32-year-old Andreania Pruitt, who police say was in a relationship with Miller.
