CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) — The $60 million sale of four state-owned long-term care facilities in West Virginia was finalized, according to a Saturday release from the Office of Governor Patrick Morrisey.

The release said Hopemont Hospital, Jackie Withrow Hospital, John Manchin Sr. Health Care Center and Lakin Hospital are now under the ownership of Marx Development Group (MDG), with MDG subsidiary Majestic Care taking over operations.
