Equipment problem disrupts BART service at Transbay Tube

Service has been disrupted at the Transbay Tube Saturday night, BART officials said.

According to officials, the service was interrupted in the SFO, Millbrae and East Bay directions due to an equipment problem.

The service alert states bus service is available from San Francisco to the East Bay via a/c transit bus number # n/l from the Sales Force Transit Center to the East Bay.

From the East Bay to San Francisco, officials advise to use the a/c transit bus number n/l from 20th and Broadway. An estimated time for reopening has not been provided.
