MOORESVILLE, N.C. — A Mooresville police officer was seriously injured when a drunk driver allegedly slammed into her patrol car on Saturday.
Court documents show North Carolina State Troopers have charged Gabriel Matthew Cline with six offenses, including a felony charge for causing a serious injury with his vehicle.
Cline, 18, is accused of driving drunk on NC 801 on Saturday. Cline is accused of seriously injuring a Mooresville Police officer, according to troopers. Court documents reveal the officer sustained injuries to her arm, ribs, and head, according to the arrest warrant.
