His long-time teammate and friend, Vlad Guerrero Jr., has some thoughts and he’s not alone.

“Obviously I would love to finish my career playing with him, but it’s free agency,” Guerrero said in the wee hours of Sunday morning following the heart-breaking Blue Jays extra-innings, Game 7 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers to end the World Series.

“He has got to go do his thing and do what he has got to do to go get his money.”
