The San Francisco 49ers fear that rookie edge rusher Mykel Williams suffered a season-ending ACL tear during Sunday’s 34-24 road win over the New York Giants, the latest significant injury at MetLife Stadium.

Mykel Williams suffered the injury with four minutes remaining, and his 49ers leading by 17 points. San Francisco’s 2025 first-round pick nearly sacked Jaxson Dart and forced an incomplete pass on the play before falling to the ground in visible pain.
