The Brantford Bulldogs weekend featured more wins – and more firsts.

Making a trip to Michigan, the Bulldogs scored a 7-0 win on Saturday in Flint against the Firebirds (8-5-1-0) and a 6-2 victory versus the Saginaw Spirit (6-6-3-2) on Sunday.

Brantford is now 13-0-2-1 on the season and are first overall in the OHL. The Bulldogs are the last team in the CHL without a loss in regulation.

Against Flint, newly acquired defenceman Ben Danford picked up his first two points as a Bulldog with a pair of assists while Jeremy Freeman, the team’s third-round pick (59th overall) from the 2025 OHL Priority Selection, scored his first career OHL goal.

Goaltender Ryerson Leenders earned his first shutout of the season.
