A motorist has branded a Cambridgeshire road as 'absolutely shocking' after it left his new car with £2000 worth of damage. While driving along the A603 at Wimpole on October 10 in his new Porsche, Barry Johnson suddenly heard a “loud scrape” when he drove over a part of the road.
Due to this “subsiding” part of the road, Barry’s car, which he had only had for three days, ended up with a puncture in the undertray, dent in the aluminium bracket and other scratches. This cost Barry around £2,000 to get repaired.
