There are lots of way so celebrate Thanksgiving, but for many people the centerpiece of their Thanksgiving table is a large bird with golden, crisp skin.

Turkey day is coming up, and if you like to roast your bird at home, you might have to act fast. There are some great spots in Eugene and Springfield to buy a local turkey, but sometimes they sell quickly!
