Mingo council makes changes

MINGO JUNCTION — Village Council has made some changes to its calendar for the remainder of the year.

Council’s final two meetings of the year will be Nov. 18 and Dec. 26. Both will begin at 7 p.m.

• On Nov. 10, state Rep. Ron Ferguson, R-Wintersville, will be at the city building for a town hall. Residents are invited to attend the meeting with “any questions or concerns” they might have.

• Council has scheduled a town hall meeting Nov. 18 to discuss “some city streets with parking issues.” The town hall, set to begin at 6 p.m., will focus on Madison, Frank, Union, Garfield, Centennial Way, Warren, George, Scharlotte and East Center Avenue.
