Julian Edelman opened old wounds on Sunday.
During NFL on Fox in Week 9, the former New England Patriots receiver was asked about Pete Carroll's call to go for two points right at the end of the Raiders' against the Jacksonville Jaguars instead of tying the game by going for the kick.
However, when analysing the play, Edelman opted to make a brutal joke instead.
Carroll, who was hired by the Raiders in January, had everything he needed to secure the win against the Jaguars on Sunday.
It was the end of the game, the Raiders had the ball, the Jaguars' defense was lined up as expected, and Tyler Lockett was wide open in the back of the end zone.
However, quarterback Geno Smith's pass was batted by defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton, and the whistle was called.
