Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 12-year-old boy reported missing from Boronia Heights since yesterday, 3 November.

The boy, pictured, was last seen leaving an address on Madigan Court about 5.30pm and was walking towards Parklands Drive.

Police and family hold concerns for the boy’s welfare as his disappearance is out of character and he suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.

The boy has tanned skin, is approximately 160cm tall, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue shorts and white crocs.

Investigators are appealing to the boy or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact police immediately.
