Jennifer Lawrence doesn't talk politics anymore because she doesn't believe celebrities have any sway on who the public votes for.

The 35-year-old actress previously penned an open letter in 2016, raising her concerns for the world after US President Donald Trump won his first term at the White House; however, she no longer sees the point in speaking out against his administration.

She told The New York Times: “I don’t really know if I should. The first Trump administration was so wild and just, how can we let this stand? I felt like I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. But as we’ve learned, election after election, celebrities do not make a difference whatsoever on who people vote for."
