A man facing intimate partner violence charges arrested Thursday for allegedly violating bail conditions was allegedly in possession of cocaine, fentanyl and weapons, police say.
Windsor police arrested the 42-year-old man in the 1400 block of Ouellette Avenue following an investigation by bail compliance officers.
The suspect was first arrested in March 2025 on several intimate-partner violence-related offences, including assault, assault with a weapon and failure to comply with a release order.
He was arrested again in July for an additional breach of his release conditions.
The man was granted bail with multiple conditions, including not to possess a weapon, a curfew, electronic monitoring and a requirement to reside with his surety at a Windsor address.
