The Michigan State women's basketball program has a roster featuring seven new players as it opens the 2025-26 season.
Included in the new additions for the Spartans as they open their season against Mercyhurst on Tuesday, Nov. 4, are three freshmen and four transfers.
Here's a breakdown of MSU's roster as the program looks to build on back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances in its third season under the direction of coach Robyn Fralick.
POTENTIAL STARTERS
Kennedy Blair
▶ Class: Redshirt sophomore
▶ Height / position: 5-9 / Guard
The third-year player has taken a big leap forward from last season according to Fralick. Blair seems poised to take on a bigger role after appearing in 20 games as a reserve in 2024-25.
Jalyn Brown
▶ Class: Senior
▶ Height / position: 6-1 / Gua
