The Trump administration will pay half of eligible SNAP benefits in the month of November, but warned in a court filing on Nov. 3 that time is running out.
The move came after a federal judge in Rhode Island gave the administration until noon on Monday, Nov. 3, to report to the court on "what it will do to comply'' with his order to use a $6 billion contingency fund to pay suspended SNAP benefits.
