BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WETM) – A Troy man has been sentenced to serve at least five years in state prison after officials say he was found to have over 80 grams of meth in Bradford County.
Daniel A. Heeman, 43, was sentenced to a minimum of five years to a maximum of 15 years in state prison for the crime of possession with intent to deliver 81.63 grams of meth, as stated in a release from the Bradford County District Attorney's Office.
Officials say Heeman was charged with the crime by both the Pennsylvania State Police and the Towanda Borough Police Department after two separate incidents where he was found to have meth while driving through Bradford County.
Combining the two incidents, officials say Heeman was found to have 81.63 grams of meth in total.
