BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WETM) — An inmate currently in a New York State correctional facility has been sentenced to serve time in a Pennsylvania correctional facility after officials said he was found with meth remnants and other drug paraphernalia in 2024.
Jason Richard Relyea, 35, an inmate currently residing in the Tioga County Correctional Facility in New York State, was sentenced to an overall minimum of five months to a maximum of 23 months in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, together with five years of probation, for the crime of possession with intent to deliver between 2.5 and 10 grams of methamphetamine, as stated in a release from the Bradford County District Attorney's Office.
Relyea was charged by the Sayre Borough Police Department in July 2024 after being picked up
