A family has paid tribute to a ‘loved mum’ who was killed in a seaside town during half term.
The community in Prestatyn, North Wales, has been left reeling after the death of Angela Shellis, 45.
The mum was discovered dead on the street near Dawson Drive in the Morfa area on Friday, October 24.
Her family said in a statement: ‘Angela was a loved daughter, sister, mum and aunty and will be sadly missed.’ She worked at Rhyl High School, which has been left with ‘a sense of deep shock’ following the tragedy during half term.
The school’s headteacher, Philip Collins, said in a letter sent to all parents: ‘It is with a sense of deep shock and sadness that I write to you having learnt of the death of our staff member Angela Shellis.
