Prosecutors have dropped the felony DUI charge brought against illegal immigrant Indian truck driver Jashanpreet Singh, who allegedly hit and killed three people in Southern California last month.
The decision to drop the DUI charge came after the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office released a toxicology report on Friday that showed Singh was not under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident.
