Regina Police Service (RPS) has received a second report of Halloween candy possibly being tampered with.
RPS said in a news release on Nov. 3 a parent in northwest Regina reported finding a chocolate bar with what appeared to be a piece of thin metal inside in their child’s candy haul after a parent in East Regina reported the same thing on Oct. 31.

Monday’s report said the child was trick-or-treating in Fairways West, Westhill and Normanview West/Prairie View near 1st Avenue North, while on Oct. 31 the caller told police their child was trick-or-treating in the Greens on Gardiner neighbourhood on Green Moss Lane, Green Bank Road, Green Apple Dr
