SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - A Sioux City man says he’s not guilty of an October 2025 shooting that wounded one man.
Court documents show 35-year-old Vincente Estrada-Leon, Junior, faces five charges, after the shooting in Sioux City’s Morningside area. It happened in the 3400 block on Saturday, Oct. 25.
When officers arrived, they found 31-year-old Mario Armando Martinez, Junior suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach.
He was taken to UnityPoint Health-St. Luke’s for treatment. No new court date has been set.
