SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Texans head to the polls Tuesday, November 4, to decide 17 proposed amendments to the state constitution and vote in local elections, including a tax ratification election for Wall ISD residents.

In Tom Green County, Election Administrator Vona Hudson said staff spent Monday preparing equipment and polling sites following the end of early voting.

“Early voting ended Friday, and so we have this Monday, where we can kind of deliver and set up the equipment, get ready for tomorrow. So, no one should be able to vote; nobody is going to be able to vote in our office today,” Hudson said.

The county saw roughly 3,900 ballots cast during early voting out of about 72,000 registered voters.
