BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - The South Border football team is on its way to the semifinals after a win over its rivals, Linton-HMB. The Mustangs will now have to take on LaMoure-Litchville-Marion, a region opponent, who defeated them 50-7 in the regular season.
“LaMoure, they took it to us pretty good the first time,” Mustangs’ Head coach Evan Mellmer said. “They are legit. They are an amazing program and they’ve got some really good players over there. I think the message is going to be the same. We’ve got one more game. We’ve got 48 more minutes. We’re blessed to be one of the four teams still playing football. we’re not going to lose sight of that. We’re going to enjoy this week of practice, and then we’re going to enjoy four more quarters of football, and we’ll see what happens on next Sa
