MORRISVILLE, N.Y. — New York State Police are investigating a shooting that injured one person at SUNY Morrisville.
According to state police, troopers responded to SUNY Morrisville's South Hall at 3:45 p.m. for reports that a person had been shot.
A 20-year-old male was discovered with a gunshot wound in his neck. The victim, who was not a student at the university, was transported to Upstate University Hospital.

No other people were injured in the incident, and state police say that there is no ongoing threat to the campus at this time.
