The group that thinks Missouri voters should have the final say on whether or not the gerrymandered map drawn during a special legislative session will stand must to wait until Nov. 12 to appear in a Cole County courtroom as the plaintiffs challenging the actions of Secretary of State Denny Hoskins.
A bench trial was set to begin on Monday afternoon and was pushed back nine days.
According to court documents, People Not Politicians Missouri believes Hoskins inappropriately delayed the certification of a referendum petition.
