Pitkin County Manager Jon Peacock has accepted the Winter Park town manager’s job.

The Winter Park Town Council will vote today (Tuesday) on the terms of his contract, Peacock told the Aspen Daily News late Monday afternoon. The council is a seven-member body, which includes the mayor. The town’s website says Peacock will start his job on Jan. 12, 2026.
