Most of us are just settling in to the fact that our ovens and cars are telling the right time again. And while things are brightening up somewhat for the morning commute, sunset happens so early it’s hard to decide whether to make supper or just go to bed.
(Supper is always the answer; we need fuel to prepare for winter.)
The air smells ever so slightly like snow in the chilly mornings, but there’s rain in the forecast the next two days. There’s a 40 per cent chance of showers Tuesday morning, then a high of 8 C. Overnight, a low of 3 C with a few clouds.
Sunset is at 4:37. The Beaver Moon, the second of three consecutive supermoons, rises at 8:19 a.m. Wednesday.
