Kevin Stefanski announced this week that he is giving up offensive play-calling duties and handing them over to offensive coordinator Tommy Rees. This is the second year in a row that Stefanski has given up play-calling duties mid-season. Last season, Ken Dorsey took over play-calling duties in Week 8 before he was eventually fired at the end of the season. The Cleveland Browns obviously need an offensive spark, but can Rees really be the answer to the Browns’ offensive woes?
Though Stefanski will still be heavily involved in the offensive game plan, Rees may be able to bring something new to the table.
