Toledo’s aspiring professionals are preparing to explore what it takes to be a great leader.

The 2025 EPIC Toledo Leadership Summit, an event that pairs experience with ambition, takes place Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel.

“Our goal is to connect young professionals to job opportunities, to each other, and then to the community at large, so that they will fall in love with Toledo like the rest of us have,” said Riley Runnells, program manager for EPIC Toledo.

The organization emphasized that, since young professionals represent the future of Toledo, it is crucial for every community to invest in its emerging talent.
