Mount Juliet-based aviation, civil, transportation and commercial consultant firm Connico has promoted Usman Akram to field services director.

Also, and according to a release, the company has announced the additions of Kelly McFadzean as senior cost specialist and Tre Lohre as analyst 1.

Akram has more than 17 years of experience as a civil engineer and contract manager. In his new role, Akram will continue to oversee project schedules and quality as a member of the senior leadership team.

McFadzean previously joined Connico as a cost specialist in 2022 and has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. In his new role as a senior cost specialist, McFadzean will enhance Connico’s cost estimating processes related to infrastructure projects.
