Four new officers Join Putnam Correctional Facility family

CARMEL – Four new officers began their careers Monday with the Putnam Correctional Facility.

Sheriff Brian Hess announced that Officers John Burlingham, Clint Loretta-Catucci, Daniel Fiorio and Frank Lombardi graduated from the Dutchess County Corrections Officers Academy.

Hess also noted that Officer Loretta-Catucci was awarded “Top Shot” in firearms training.

The sheriff commended the quartet for their hard work and dedication throughout the academy by wishing wish them “continued success as they begin their careers serving the people of Putnam County.”
