Ruby Juanita Lanham, age 94, of Cleveland, Georgia, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Murphy, North Carolina, to Delilah Hulsey, Ruby lived a long and fulfilling life devoted to her family, faith, and community.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Delilah Hulsey; her beloved husband, William Thomas Lanham; and her daughter, Darlene Payne. She is survived by her grandchildren, Bryan and Gretchen Engel and Jillian Nooner; and her great-grandchildren, Sam and Ethan Nooner, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Ruby retired from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration after many years of dedicated service. In her free time, she was an active member of the Shriner Ladies and enjoyed camping, square dancing, and gard
