President Donald Trump’s disapproval rating has hit an all-time high, according to a new poll released Monday.
Trump’s disapproval rating hit 63%, the highest of either of his two terms, according to the CNN poll conducted by SSRS.
The president’s previous highest disapproval rating in the CNN poll was 62%, which was recorded when Trump left office in January 2021, shortly after the insurrection at the Capitol.
Trump’s approval rating in the latest poll was recorded at 37%, matching the lowest of his second term.
At this point in his first term, Trump’s approval rating stood at 36%.
The poll also showed that Americans are unhappy at the current state of the country, with 68% of respondents saying that things are going badly.
