Three Willingboro teenagers were arrested and charged with stealing a car, Glassboro police announced Monday, Nov. 3.
On Saturday, Nov. 1 at 11:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the area of Rowan Boulevard, Glassboro police said. The vehicle, which had been reported stolen from Willingboro the prior day was parked behind a building as an officer observed three teenagers exit the car, police said.
The three teenagers were charged with obstruction, resisting by flight, disorderly conduct and receiving a stolen motor vehicle, police said.
The parents and/or guardians of each juvenile were also charged with violating a new “Minors and Parent Responsibility” ordinance for the lack of supervision and control over said minor, police said.
