Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers runs the ball during the second half against the Chicago Bears at Allegiant Stadium.

After months of trade speculation, Jakobi Meyers is finally on the move. The Las Vegas Raiders traded the seventh-year pro to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Tuesday, exchanging their leading wide receiver of a season ago for fourth- and sixth-round draft picks, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.

The move gives Trevor Lawrence another proven target to play next to Brian Thomas Jr. after the Jaguars put Travis Hunter on injured reserve with a knee injury. And it gives Meyers new life after the struggles of Geno Smith and the Raiders passing attack threatened to turn 2025 into a lost season.

With that said, Meyers is the biggest winner of this deal. He goes from virtually unplayable in fantasy football to a solid flex option. However, the fantasy impact extends beyond him. Here's a look at the other winners and losers.

Winner: Trevor Lawrence

This is a no-brainer. The more weapons Lawrence has to throw to, the better. And Meyers is a former No. 1 option likely sliding into a spot he's probably a better fit in the slot. With this upgrade to the Jags offense, Lawrence becomes a better streaming option during byes as a fringe fantasy starter with breakout potential.

Loser: Geno Smith

Any hope for a potential turnaround for Smith with the return of Brock Bowers takes a hit with the loss of Meyers. Smith remains a player to avoid.

Winner: Brian Thomas Jr.

Thomas is having a rough season, but Meyers should attract a little attention that makes life easier for the second-year wideout. He only has one touchdown, but fantasy managers will want to wait him out a couple more weeks.

Loser: Parker Washington

Washington was really beginning to come on the last couple weeks, seeing a total of 19 targets for 12 catches over Jacksonville's last two games -- including a season-high 90 yards in Sunday's win over the Raiders. The addition of Meyers will only eat into that target share and make him a less appealing flex option.

Winner: Dont'e Thornton Jr.

Somebody has to catch the ball for Vegas besides Bowers and Tre Tucker, and Thornton is the next in line to see those targets from the receiver spot. With just five catches on the season, I wouldn't be in a rush to throw the rookie in any lineups. But he's someone to monitor going forward.
