PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WTAJ) — A teen reported missing from Louisiana was found in the basement of a home in Pennsylvania, according to the Pittsburgh Special Victims Unit (SVU).
Ki-Shawn Crumity, 26, was arrested Oct. 31 after SVU agents, who were also part of an FBI task force, received information from U.S. Marshals that a missing Louisiana teen may be located at a residence in Pittsburgh.
Agents found the teen girls in a sheet-covered box in the basement of the home where Crumity is believed to live, according to the criminal complaint. While the age of the girl wasn't released, police noted 26-year-old Crumity was 11 or more years older than her.
The teen told authorities she began talking with Crumity over Snapchat, and he offered to help her get adopted by a "trusted adult." According
