A Pennsylvania State Police trooper used a stun gun on a man inside a Franklin County home before arresting him without cause during an April domestic disturbance, court records show.
Milan Toljan, 27, of Mechanicsburg, was charged Monday with misdemeanor counts of official oppression and simple assault stemming from an April 25 visit to a Montgomery Township home, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by the state police’s Internal Affairs department.
He was sworn in as a trooper in May 2024.
