A new 4,500-square-foot McDonald’s restaurant is under construction in Bergen County, according to the Goldstein Group .
The fast food giant with more than 260 restaurants in New Jersey plans its newest location at at 24 W. Oakland Ave., Oakland.
An early 2026 opening is anticipated.
The restaurant is being built at the intersection of West Oakland Avenue and Route 202, near Interstate 287.
McDonald’s, the world’s largest fast food restaurant chain, serves over 69 million customers daily across more than 40,000 outlets in over 100 countries.
Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, and Marc Palestina, represented McDonald’s in the transaction, while Laurence Leibowitz and David Zolotorofe represented the landlord, Landmark Oakland 24, LLC.
