Bidding remains active on the Exit Zero Filling Station restaurant in West Cape May, but anyone who wants to buy the facility has until the end of the week to offer a top price.

Bids are being accepted until 1 p.m. Thursday, said Bob Dann of the online auction Tranzon in an email on Monday.

The restaurant at 110 Sunset Blvd. closed Sept. 20 after operating for nearly a decade.

Bidding began in early September.

“We have received multiple offers on the Exit Zero Property,” Dann said in the email.

He said “the seller and the bank wish to close this property this year.”

There has also been a reduction in the confidential minimum price they are willing to accept for the property

“We lowered the reserve and are asking for highest and best offers,” Dann said.
