Alabama will look to avoid a repeat this season.

“We’ve had a good September, October, and we need to make sure we don’t piss it away and just be glad we had a good season in the front end,” quarterback Ty Simpson said . “We need to finish it out and make sure we come ready to play and separate ourselves these last couple games.”

The Crimson Tide has won seven consecutive games, including four games over ranked SEC opponents.

Next, the No. 4 Alabama (7-1, 5-0 SEC) will face LSU (5-3, 2-3) on Saturday (6:30 p.m. CT, ABC) at Bryant-Denny Stadium. It’s the first of a four-game stretch to close out the regular season.
